* Ground and 2nd Day Air rates above are based on a single box being shipped inside the USA. Multiple item orders will be calculated based on total weight of order and size of the package. Rates will be viewable in shopping cart.

We only ship orders M-F. We do not ship on weekends. All orders will ship within 2 business days of the day ordered. Express orders ship the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 pm CST, otherwise they will ship next day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, and MasterCard. Please enter you credit card number carefully at checkout. Credit cards are billed as soon as your order is placed.

We cannot accept any credit card that does not have a valid billing address associated with it. This does include most gift cards and prepaid cash cards, however debit cards that draw on a checking account usually have a valid billing address and are just fine for our purposes. If you do not know whether your card has a valid billing address, please use another payment method or contact us first before placing the order.


International Shipping Methods:

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Your credit card is safe, because our site uses the latest encryption technology. When you order from us, your credit card information is protected with digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and credit-card-fraud detection software. A credit card purchase at the Pricecastle.com is more secure than handing your card to a store clerk at the mall. Ordering through Pricecastle.com provides several security measures. Also be aware we are a Yahoo! Secure Store, which means you get the saftey and security of Yahoo!'s amazing technology with the great customer service of a small "mom and pop" store.

Return Policy:



If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with what you have received from us, you can return your purchase for a full refund (except shipping charges), as long as your return is 30 days or less from the date shipped. You must follow these instructions to return something:

  1. Pricecastle will not accept any return without a valid RMA number.


  2. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
  3. To request an RMA number, email us at service@pricecastle.com.
  4. Do not return anything WITHOUT receiving an RMA number.
  5. Any products returned without proper RMA# will be assessed a 20% fee.
  6. RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date of issue.


  7. Shipping is paid by the customer, on all returns
  8. Please allow two weeks for credit.
  9. Due to our relationship with our manufacturers, if part of a product becomes defective, you have to return the whole thing to receive credit or a replacement.
  10. For replacements, once the returns department has received your defective product, Pricecastle will immediately ship your replacement (dependent on stock availability) to the same address as the original order.
  11. Please return your item (defective or otherwise) in the same manufacturer packaging it came in. Include all packing material, manuals, software, and registration cards. Your ORDER NUMBER MUST be written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  12. Remember to include the packing slip from your original order. If you don't have it, just give us your order number.


  13. Please do not write on the manufacturer's box. Instead, please write your RMA number either on your packing list, or, if your item came packaged in a plain brown box or paper, simply write it on the outside of that packaging.
